I will need transport to and from your convention for myself and another. I often bring my wife or one of my kids. If you wish to bring us all, that would be great, but isn't necessary.
Currently, I am driving to all shows due to the insane and incompetent "security" in the airline industry. (See my article
here for a comment on that.) So all I need is mileage in that regard.
Also, I will need memberships, passes or other admittance to the event for at least two (as above).
I will need lodging. A basic room is fine, I don't need a suite at the Savoy.
I would appreciate some basic comestibles for the duration, and a good meal at least one night (typically Saturday night for SF conventions).
If your event has sales, I will need 2-3 tables (which I will pay for) for my wares.
That's the basics. Schedule permitting, I'm happy to show up and talk, sign autographs, drink your beer, and generally have fun. If you wish me to change my schedule from an existing show, we'll need to discuss it at length. I prefer not to do so, but can under certain circumstances (i.e.: your urgency and my money must agree. I'll try, but I can't promise. Money alone will not get me to break an agreement to attend a show already scheduled).
