This is a promotional letter for coins from the Royal Thai Mint in the 1960s. Of note is the alloy composition breakdown of the coins. Note that the "silver" 1 Baht is only 3% silver in a copper-nickel-zinc coin.
This is an early fanzine, possibly the first, printed by (later an SF author) Wilson Tucker. I'm amused at the reference to "That annoying fanboy and wannabe author Ray Bradbury." Yes, it's that long ago.
